If you are neither a potential wholesale buyer or potential collaborator, but would still like to know more about bulk orders, please contact us! We will be happy to discuss discounts for large retail orders!
Returns, exchanges, and gifts
Because of the nature of our products, we typically do not accept returns or exchanges, or offer refunds. If the item is received damaged or otherwise not as described, please contact us to resolve the matter.
Gift receipts and gift messages are available, though no gift returns or exchanges are accepted at this time.
If you suspect you may need to return or exchange your purchase, please contact us before you place your order, so that we can work out a solution for you. We are happy to work on a case-by-case basis to ensure 100% satisfaction!
Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer gift cards. Please check back soon for updates!
- How will my item be shipped?
Most orders are shipped USPS First Class, as this is the least expensive option for all parties. If your order will ship for less in a USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate parcel, we will upgrade your order at no additional expense to you.
We ship most orders in poly mailer envelopes, as this is the most economical option at this time. Each item is individually packaged and branded with One Sock Wonder Bags cards and stickers.
We do our best to protect your items from potential weather damage en route, by packaging in cello bag wrappers.
We may, from time to time, include extras in your package, because you're awesome! We love our customers, and we love to treat you with extra goodies, coupon codes, sales, and giveaways! Be sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram to be kept in the loop!
- Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! We ship worldwide. Please understand that any and all customs and duties charges are your responsibility to pay, and we cannot give an estimate of what these may be ahead of time. We are required to fill out customs forms declaring the contents and value of your package, so please be prepared in advance. If you choose not to collect your parcel and it is returned to us, upon your request we will refund your order amount, but we will not refund shipping costs. Please contact us if you would like to have your order refunded.
- Are there any discounts on shipping?
Yes! All US Domestic orders over $25 enjoy free shipping, and all international orders over $75 ship free!
